Simply Souperlicious proudly partnered with My Blue Planet for its ClimateLab4Youth initiative. Given the colder temperatures and snow, Simply Souperlicious was thrilled to supply the group with local, seasonal, sustainable, plant-based soups.
The ClimateLab was a two-day educational and hands on workshop for youth. During this workshop participants were inspired by experts: Sascha NICK from CO2-monitor AG kickstarting the session with understanding climate and society. Nicolas Godinot from Alimentarium for nutrition module. Matthias Wittek from ATE for mobility module.
Once familiarised, and ideas were developed, participants were accompanied by Climate Reality Leader and Mentor Devendra Rana to concretise and realise those ideas. Further, the group also enjoyed a thought-provoking theatre show led by Tristan Pannatier from Théâtre Vidy-Lausanne.
Held at the Business School Lausanne (BSL), we got a chance to discuss the Simply Souperlicious business model, while serving up one of our favorite soups: a potato, celery and cabbage soup, topped off with micro greens from Caulys. It was also an opportunity for the Simply Souperlicious team to introduce their partnership with local packaging and sustainability company, ReCircle and unveil their new soup cups!
