World Vegetarian Month: Starting with the celebration of “World Vegetarian Day” we get 30 days to get closer to our food source. We’re definitely starting to add more vegan/vegetarian options to our meals, how about you? You can find four soup recipes below to get you started, along with some cool tips on cooking and storing some of our favorite veggies of the season!
My Birth Month: It’s not JUST because soup season is in full swing that I love October. No, no, no. It’s my FAVORITE month because it’s my birth month! It feels good to turn 52! I have so much to be thankful for this year and there are so many reasons to celebrate! It was two years ago that we decided to make Simply Souperlicious a reality.
